What programs do you use for illustration?

I use ClipStudioPaint EX, After Effects, and Photoshop for digital illustration and animations.

I use many, but my favorites are--

What programs do you use for 3D modeling/sculpting?

I use Maya and Blender for 3D modeling, rigging, retopology, and UV mapping, and Zbrush for sculpting.

What drawing tablet/computer do you use? 

I use a 15" MacBook Pro (2018) with 2 TB storage, and a Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K).
